As we continue in our theme Reliant, it's important to more deeply know the character and love of the One we are relying upon. Only in abiding more closely with Jesus can we grow in the assurance of our faith and confidence in God's love for us. In these three short letters, the apostle John reminds an early church facing division, deception and doubt to hold fast to what they know and believe. These words are for us, as well, calling us to abide in the truth and live as His redeemed in reliance on Him.
